Food is limited menu. Dont like having to choose something i really didnt want.but the service was 4 stars

Smokey Bones is the place for pulled pork. Here you can get it with sauces regular or hot. Monday night is wing night. This is what we ordered. Enjoyed every bite. Austin was our waiterthe last few times .Awesome Austin. He treats everyone like family. Go Austin Go.

My boyfriend and I had Jessi as a server the other night and she was absolutely fantastic. She was super attentive to our table the entire time, very kind, and she was extremely prompt with her service. Absolutely phenomenal dining experience. We will continue coming back for this reason and we will definitely request Jessi as our server in the future. She was excellent!

Wing specials are great on Monday, Mackenzie makes it even better with her service!!

Damn good BBQ. This place lives up to its name too, as the food has a distinctive smokey flavor profile. Further, the sauces are delightful, even though the food stands on its own. I've had a bit of everything, including steak, wings, ribs, chicken, potatoes, and sausage. It's all good. Try the cocktails and tell the balloon guy to make you a ninja turtle!

Friendly bartenders! I would definitely go more often if I had people to go with! Amazing food and amazing drinks!

Brisket is the best. We are a member of the rewards club and with a coupon, we got $20 off our meal. Very good meal.

Extremely disappointed. We spent over 70 dollars on 2 full rack of Ribs (one original, one dry rub). The original rack was barely passable, it definitely wasn’t “fall off the bone” but they weren’t completely uneatable. The dry rub on the other hand, they put the emphasis on dry. I had to use force, to get them apart only to find what little meat that was in between the bones was so dry and gross there was no way I was eating it. The corn bread although had a good flavour was chewy. The only thing that we honestly liked were the baked beans and the corn. Stay away folks. If the meal was half the price, I would be upset. But not irate as I am now.

Called in an order, arrived at specified time, stood at the counter for 5 mins before anyone even acknowledged us. She went to check on our food, came back out and said nothing. People dining in were waiting to be seated for 5 minutes before they were even acknowledged. We waited about 20 minutes for our food and it was cold when I got home and I sont live very far away. My food was sitting for a long time. Food tasted good but this is twice customer service was non existent.

Food was delicious hot and fresh. Our waiter was excellent no complaints

We haven't been to Smokey Bones in over 5 years. The last few times we were there were very disappointing (fatty meats and poor service). We gave it a try today because we had a coupon. I had the pick three combo with pulled pork, 1/4 bbq chicken, chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Everything was excellent, except for the potatoes. They had too many skins in them and the brown gravy was too thin. My husband had buffalo chicken tenders. He said they were average. I would return with another coupon.

First time for the Sunday Brunch menu! 😍😍 We ordered an extra dish and shared everything. Absolutely the best smoked wings I have ever had! The waffles, biscuits and their special butter was delicious! Don't forget the drinks! $5 Mimosas! Oh n just FYI, their website gives an excellent description n pics of their brunch menu however the bottomless Mimosas are only available in Florida😭 .... but you can get the citrus sangria in a pitcher...very large one! Lol....just give me a straw and I'll be fine! 😂😘

The absolute worst place to buy bbq / smoked food from. I have ordered food from this place for an family game night..bad idea.. it was delivered cold and on top of that the meat was barely cooked through..the ribs were still raw...Sides were not tasty at all. VERY upsetting. Not worth the money at all🤔 🤢 🤮👎🏾🤮🤢

Endless wings on Monday. Went for that and the service was good. The wait on wings was a little long, but they told us that ahead of time so it was no problem. About 10 minutes in between plates. The wings were big, juicy, and really delicious! Will be back.

11/30/2019Great service and wonderful selection of BBQ favorites.  I loved the brisket, sausage, burger, and coleslaw, but the smoked chicken and chicken-n-waffles were very dry and ordinary.  Donuts were great, as usual.

Extremely disappointed with my recent order from this location. I ordered steak tacos and my boyfriend ordered the chicken and waffle burger. One of the tacos only had two pieces of steak on it. Not to mention that the steak was also incredibly dry and old. It tasted like it had been under a heat lamp the whole day. The chicken and waffle burger tasted great, but it only came with one waffle. I am not sure how that constitutes as a burger. They should not place it under "burgers" or they should add another waffle. I will not be ordering from this location again. We did order late at night but that doesn't mean the food shouldn't be fresh.

The food is consistent. Entirely toooooo much smoke. I feel like I smoked 3 cigars after eating the brisket.

I've been frequenting this place since it's been open, and it's gone up and down over the years, however it has never lost its sight of great BBQ. Yes, it's a chain.....no, it's not perfect, but between the people who work here, all down to earth normal folks who work hard and are always extremely friendly. They don't treat you like a "customer", rather they treat you like a friend, a person who has come in for a visit, and that....is what makes a "home town BBQ" joint. And....the quality and taste of the food, yeah, sure, i've been all around the country and had better BBQ on many occasions, but this is just down right good food! It feels like home!

We placed an order for pickup. We had to wait for it to be done which was fine. Once it was ready they brought it to me right away. We expected the food to be hot. We brought an insulated bag so it would stay hot. We are about 5 minutes from the restaurant. As soon as we got home we pulled out the food and put it on our plates to eat. Everything was cold. We were very disappointed that we had to warm up the food and of course warming up french fries is not an easy thing to do. They do not taste like fresh fries when you have to reheat them. We will not order for pick up anymore.

Was driving through York PA on tour with my band. Wanted some good food and decided to give Smokey Bones a shot since we don't have them at home. Had a nice dinner with the guys, but I think the best part of the whole night was our service. Our server Jessi was absolutely amazing. Super attentive to our needs and just a joy to be around. Next time we are in town, we are going to stop again. If Jessi isn't working, we are gonna request she gets called in just to serve us. Thanks again for the friendly service!

I was alleegic to the chicken here, and the chef came out and replaced my meal completely for free! I love this place and cant wait to come back with my family! You guys are amazing everyone be safe

Our first trip here... And we would definitely go again! Great service! Attentive but not overly so. VERY big portions! Wife had nachos with pulled chicken. I did a "Build Your Own Burger": Turkey burger, traditional bun, cheddar, grilled pineapple, grilled jalapenos, and smothered it in the Carolina mopping sauce. And the skillet corn bread with pecan butter was incredible! Every meal I saw brought out looked outstanding, too!

The food was good. The service was okay.

Never order through Uber eats I’m hoping the in house experience is way better but the manager I had my experience with had no real knowledge of resolving problems. I complained about the quality of my wings and how my sauce was not on the wings but in a super small container she proceeds to tell me to bring the wings in and they would toss them in the sauce and give me back the same wings mind you I’m sure this is against covid policy

My wife received an email on tuesday 4-14-20 that the local smokey bones was having a buy one get one special on smoked wings. I love these wings, so she ordered online, 16 wings to get 32, as the b.o.g.o. special stated. When I picked up our order and it seemed light, I opened it and counted 16 wings. At this point I went back in and said what happened to the buy one get one? A gentleman, who I assume was the manager, said no that's only Monday's and sorry for any inconvenience . He went on to say the email was mis-sent, and sorry for the inconvenience. I think the "mis-sent" email should have been honored any way. I would not have ordered from you if this email had not been sent. Very disappointed!!!! I hope the home office reads all these reviews, as this should not happen especially in these times of Corona guidelines. Not happy!!

The menu is a bit overwhelming! We shared some ribs and bbq chicken and it was good. We tried the sauces with the fries and did not care for them. We were happy both of our meats came with sauce on them!

My daughter and I visited Smokey Bones for the first time. It was around 2:30pm and the place was pretty much empty. I ordered a 1/2lb burger and chicken pasta with red potato fries. The fries were cold, pasta was warm. The burger was good. It took them about 30min to bring the food out and the prices were high. We will not be going to this location.

I’m really not impressed. The best part of this meal was the burnt ends. There were really good and if we got just a meal of that it would have been great. Ordered the combo platter for two. It was ok. Maybe being a smoked platter is why the food wasn’t hot. I am not a picky eater I just want hot food. Not warm. Served on a grill with two charcoals was meh. It was empty in the place except for just a few people.

We come there every other friday night due to the goood food and great service. We love our servers Davon, his girl Amanda and Austin. Great group of people working.

The food is overrated I ordered a medium rare hamburger a came completely cooked You have to pay extra for your condiments other My wife Ordered the Brewster stew and it was too spicy and 7 dollars for the corn bread not good.

Family meal is worth it. Good amount of pulled pork, BBQ Chicken and 2 sides. Everything tasted good. Folks working there seemed to wear mask and follow rules. Place looked booked and lot of people waiting to dine in. Place order online and picking it is way easier.

Reasonably priced food. Lots of options for food and drink. Always a coupon available. Highly recommend joining their rewards club. It definitely pays off.

Chain barbecue restaurant. Pulled pork was good but turkey was just fair. Sweet potato waffle fries were very good.

Guys run from this place. They served me raw chicken and ribs with a spoiled salad 1 star for not satisfying the customer with delicious food as advertised. You guys need better cooks. DO BETTER 2020

Might be fine in person but don't order for delivery. The food was incorrect. They didn't send the drink and no fork.
